    We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Recruiter in our New York City office. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and developing relationships within the Financial Advisor community and responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting activities to grow our sales team.

    Responsibilities

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Actively coordinate and participate in networking events to promote the Lenox brand and build industry relationships, seek referrals and recruit experienced financial advisors
    • Manage full life cycle of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting and contracting of new producers.
    • Use creative sourcing techniques to engage experienced producers maintaining a high call volume with key contacts within the advisor community.
    • Maintain a passive and active candidate pipeline, utilizing the firm’s proprietary software to track all recruiting leads.
    • Manage and coordinate the interview process, maintaining contact with candidates to promote a positive experience.
    • Build relationships with Sales Managers in all offices to share leads and best practices.
    • Manage other projects as assigned by company management.

    • Minimum three years of experience in life insurance sales recruitment with a proven track record.
    • Developed knowledge of insurance and investment solutions.
    • Bachelor’s Degree
