We have an immediate opportunity in our New York office for a Team Support Coordinator in our Corporate Executive Benefits department. This is an entry-level role responsible for handling the many logistics that support the entire enrollment cycle from kickoff meeting, progress meetings and final meetings to ensure a smooth experience for both internal clients (realationship managers) and external clients. Responsible for handling meeting scheduling and logistics, material distribution and providing administrative support to the Corporate Executive Benefits Team. The way in which this role is performed influences the first impression made to potential clients and the ongoing lasting impression of the quality of service our clients can expect, both internally and externally.

Who we're looking for:
The successful candidate will be a recent college graduate who is detail-oriented and highly organized. This candidate will be extremely customer service oriented and have a desire to work with internal and external clients. Excellent oral and written communications skills are imperative. Strong technical skills, especially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
