Client Service Associate - Clearview Financial Solutions

Clearview Financial Solutions, a boutique financial services and wealth advisory firm affiliated with Fifth Avenue Financial, is seeking a Client Service Associate to provide service and administrative support to the Managing Principal. 


  • Provide general administrative support such as answering/screening calls, scanning, filing, and copying.
  • Provide superior client service by identifying client’s wants and needs, acting on, and/or delegating items and following through to completion, keeping all parties informed throughout the process.
  • Process all insurance policy service requests, including address, beneficiary /ownership changes, premium mode changes, dividend option changes and fund allocation changes.
  • Prepare in-force illustrations.
  • Process all policy changes including reinstatement of lapsed cases, smoker rating changes, addition or removal of policy riders, and face amount reductions.
  • Submit all policy changes and new applications to new business underwriting.
  • Schedule medical insurance exams and order all Attending Physician Statements (APS) based on insurance underwriting guidelines.
  • Interact on a daily basis with insurance carriers / vendors to ensure proper and timely execution of client service requests.
  • Ensure data accuracy in company records by regularly and routinely updating client and vendor information in database and maintaining client files according to company compliant procedures.
  • Research and follow through on a variety of information requests and assist with problem resolution.
  • Participate in occasional training and development sessions as directed.
  • Create client correspondence as needed, and confirm appointments.
  • Prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetings.
  • Compile and modify presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
  • Review and organize incoming mail.
  • Post updates on LinkedIn.
  • Participate in special agency projects as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of administrative experience within a financial services/insurance firm.
  • Ability to interact with clients and staff diplomatically and professionally.
  • Professional, positive attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
